Refund Policy

1) General policy & 14-Day Guarantee To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 14-day refund window on initial purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction, provided the credits or services have not been substantially used.

Outside of this 14-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable.

2) When we refund We will approve a refund in the following cases:

  • Within 14 Days: A request made within 14 days of the initial purchase date, provided the corresponding credits have not been fully consumed.

  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or accidental double payments for the same item.

  • Unauthorized Charges: Fraudulent activity proven by a payment provider investigation.

  • Technical Failure: Issues on our side where the service did not deliver and the related credits were not consumed.

3) When we do not refund

  • Credits Used: Credits that have been partially or fully used, even if the request is within the 14-day window.

  • Expired Window: Requests made after the 14-day refund period has passed.

  • Change of Mind (Post-Usage): Dissatisfaction with creative outcomes when the system functioned as intended and credits were consumed.

  • Abuse: Evidence of abuse of promotions, trials, or free credits.

4) Subscriptions and cancellations You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • No Refunds on Cancellation: Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.

  • Access Continues: If you cancel, your plan and credits will remain active and available for use until the end of your current 30-day billing period.

  • Stops Future Billing: Cancellation ensures you will not be charged for the next cycle.

5) How to request a refund Email connect@getmycreative.com with:

  • Full name and account email

  • Order ID or transaction reference

  • Date and amount charged

  • Clear description of the issue

6) Review process and timelines We first verify payment records and platform logs. We may ask for additional information to complete the review.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

  • If the review finds no error or eligibility, we will share a brief explanation of the decision.

7) Chargebacks If a chargeback is opened with your bank before you contact us, your account may be temporarily limited while we provide evidence. Resolving issues with us directly is usually faster.

8) Fraud and abuse We reserve the right to deny refunds and restrict accounts if we detect fraud, misuse, or excessive disputes.

9) Jurisdiction This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
