What it reads
Is eida reading all my WhatsApp?

No. eida sees the names of the chats on the account — that is how the list arrives — and reads the contents of only the chats you tick. Everything else never reaches eida. That is how the connection is built, not a promise in a document.

Does eida understand Hinglish? Voice notes?

Mixed languages, yes — “kal tak bhej do” in the middle of an English sentence is exactly what eida reads, and the task comes out in English. Voice notes not yet: today eida reads what people type, plus the captions on photos and documents. If your groups run on voice notes, tell us — it’s next.

What happens when eida reads something wrong?

You see it first. Everything eida finds is a proposal: one tap to approve, one to bin, in WhatsApp or on the dashboard. And you can always ask why? — eida shows who said it, where, when, and the exact words.

What it sends
Does anything go out from my number?

Never. eida cannot send from your number — not a reply, not a reaction — and every update we ship is checked for that automatically. When eida speaks, it is from eida’s own number, signed as eida.

Can eida message my team? My clients?

Your team, yes: you say “chase Ravi”, eida shows you the draft, you approve, and eida follows up until the thing arrives. Clients and vendors only if you switch them on — until then eida drafts and you send.

To begin with you approve every message. Once a kind of message has been boringly right for a while, eida offers to send and tell you; one line — “ask me first again” — turns it back.

Will eida get my number banned?

We won’t pretend the risk is zero — WhatsApp offers no official way to read your own chats, so eida links to your account the way a desktop client does. What gets accounts banned is sending: bulk messages, mass adds, spam reports. Nothing is ever sent from your number; eida’s own messages go out from an official business number.

What do you keep, and who can see it?

One line per task, plus the exact message it came from. Not the conversation around it, not the media, not the chats you never ticked. The quote is deleted 90 days after the task is done — you can set that to zero. Download everything as a file whenever you like; delete the workspace and it is gone everywhere, backups included.

Only the reviewers you add see it — a seat is a person who reviews and approves. Your team only ever sees the follow-ups addressed to them, never the dashboard.

Personal is you and eida in one chat: reminders, notes, your own promises, no WhatsApp linked. Team is eida on the whole WhatsApp — the chats you tick, your task tool, your team followed up. Start Personal; link WhatsApp later and everything comes with you.

Do I have to move to a new task manager for eida?

No. If you have one, eida writes into it. If you don’t, eida gives you a board. A tool that isn’t on our list yet gets hooked up — a couple of days on our side.

How do we start with eida?
